Great idea but not for Early Walkers June 25, 2010 Mom2Two I was so excited to see these- my dd has been standing for a month now and her regular sacks drive her crazy, not to mention the bruises she has from falling while trying to stand in them. Unfortunately they are HUGE. I bought the 12-18 month thinking that since she was wearing 12 month clothing this would work fine. WRONG- its enourmous. I'm not sure when, if ever, she'll wear it.
I love these more than my kid April 5, 2010 D. Phillips (Illinois) I'm a big fan of Halo sleep sacks and have been using them on my 19 month old son since he was a newborn. This are perfect because I never have to worry about keeping a blanket on him on cold winter nights, and his room always seems to be a bit colder than the other bedrooms. I just put him in long sleeve PJs with this on top and he sleeps nice and snuggly all night. He still hasn't learned to stick his feet out the bottom, but I typically don't put this on him until just before he goes in his crib. These sleep sacks are awesome and all moms should use them.
Love it! February 25, 2010 Johannita (Colorado, USA) We bought this for our dd before she turned one. Yes, it is a bit big, but what matters to us is that she can move while she is sleeping and she is protected. Our daughter moves a lot at night and if it wasn't for this blanket she will get cool every night. She can stand up in her crib and she doesn't trip. We usually take it off as soon as she is up, so there is not risk for tripping. A couple of times she has walked around with it and she has been fine. I'll definetly keep buying this until they don't make them for her age. I don't know of any child that doesn't move around while sleeping.
Huge! February 8, 2010 C. Huth (KY, United States) This item is ridiculously big. I purchased the 18-24 month size and it fits my 6 year old - no exaggeration. Other than that it is a nice item, just buy smaller than you think you need.
Great way to keep your little one warm and safe! February 5, 2010 J. Bruce (Texas) My 17 month old son loves his Halo Early Walker Sleep Sack. Unfortunately, I purchased the XL instead of L and it is huge on him. Fortuntely, the size doesn't seem to bother my son. I sleep better knowing my son is warm and safe. I highly recommend using a sleep sack!
