Well worth it July 27, 2010 darkelf104 Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R1CN2C2P4KTI92 My daughter was very alert for her age and had complete neck control by 3 months...she was very bored with her bouncer and it would make her angry because she could not be upright. I wanted to find her a new form of entertainment so i could still do house work with both hands, i decided to show her this one day at the store. I held her up to look at it and shook the display model she immediately reached for the lights and kept trying to get to them...well i wanted to make sure this is what i wanted to spend all my money on, i hoisted her up into it. She played happily for 20 minutes until it was time to go, when i pulled her out all she did was keep reaching back, it was then i knew the price was worth it.
My one and only complaint is that there should be a fourth adjustment, for younger and shorter kids...for the first two months i stuck various objects underneath in order for her to reach and be able to jump. At 5 months old now she is just able to reach perfectly. She loves the exercise and i love the freedom.
My son LOVES this thing!! July 26, 2010 "The Bull Frog's" Mamma I bought this about five months ago. My son was too young for it at the time but now he loves it!!! It is adorable, I love the fact that you can adjust the volume of the music or turn the music completely off if you choose. The only thing that disappoints me is that soon my son will be to heavy for it!!
AMAZING July 25, 2010 Jess What a great product. I've had it a little over 5 months. My son will be a year old next month and he still LOVES it.
It Broke! July 21, 2010 Mom of Irish Twins I bought this for my son when he was 4 months old, and he absolutely LOVED it! He played in it until he was about 10 months old and became too big for it (he was in the 90th percentile for height and weight, though). It didn't rotate around very easily for him to reach the other toys, but he seemed happy with whatever direction i faced him in. My daughter is only 11 months younger than my son, so when she was 4 months old, we started using it for her. (Note, the item is now only 11 mmonths old.) She used it for about 2 weeks when one of the springs snapped on it! While she was in it!!!! Although it is entertaining for the little ones, I would have to say that is a safety hazard!! Luckily she wasn't injured by it or anything, but if she wasn't being closely supervised, she could've been.
So far so good! July 16, 2010 albanoch One more review for the five start list! I have been putting my little boy in this since he was able to hold up his head properly (yes, a couple weeks below the recommended age) and we put a phone book under his feet. He would spend long enough in it to let me do the dishes! Now, it is summer and I use it outside while I hang up laundry. I love watching him bouncy-bouncy-bounce. There is a down side, but I give it 5 stars because I would definitely but it again or recommend it to a friend. The songs are not the best, though I have heard worse. When I do get tired of the noise I am glad there are two sets of songs/sound effects and switch. Additionally it is awkward to move- impossible single handed- so I have to leave my little guy in the house for a moment while I take it outside. I don't think there is anyway to fix that, so I deal with it.
